前天晚上和一群好友聚會, 到現在還有令人幸福的感覺. 我決定一定要介紹給大家. 餐廳是其中一位好友在幾個月前的雜誌翻到的. 聽說是全台唯一一家供應瑞典料理的餐廳. 聽起來好像很好趣, 所以大家決定去瞧瞧. 果然不負眾望
洋玩意兒藏身於民生社區的小巷內, 若不仔細找找很容易錯過. 餐廳內部的空間不大, 但是卻很溫馨. 燈光有點昏暗, 點起蠟燭後特別有氣氛. 餐廳的主人是一對異國夫妻. 瑞典籍的丈夫掌廚, 台灣妻子則負責招呼客人的外場工作. 原來他兩人都是在瑞士唸書時認識的. 老板娘態度親切, 在點餐上給予我們很大的協助. 我們總共點了菲力牛排, 瑞典肉丸, 紅酒羊肩, 鮭魚排等等. 他們每道主餐的醬汁都不同, 而且醬汁的口味很獨特. 再來還有他們有各式的馬鈴薯料理. 我從來沒想到馬鈴薯可以有那麼多種吃法. 算是大開了眼戒 大夥人吃得很飽, 但是最後千萬不能錯過他們的甜點 - 瑞典的香烤蘋果派. 溫軟的蘋果搭配香酥派皮., 再淋上濃郁滑潤的香草醬. 天啊! 好像上到天堂般..我必須承認這是我人生中吃過最好吃的蘋果派.

洋玩意兒 or Flavor is a great restaurant. I am from Sweden and I love to go and enjoy their meatballs and potatoes as often as I can. Yum!
Yes, the meatballs are great, especially their brown sauce together with the lingonberry jam
